Welcome to BuyLawOne.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our apartment purchase legal support services provided by BuyLawOne (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Client: Any individual or entity engaging our services for apartment purchase legal support.
Services: Legal advice, document review, contract negotiation, due diligence, and related support in connection with apartment purchases.

2. Scope of Services

We provide tailored legal support for apartment acquisitions in Switzerland, including review of purchase agreements, title searches, negotiation support, and closing assistance. Services do not include tax advice or financial planning unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Client Obligations

The Client shall provide all relevant documents, accurate information, and timely instructions. Failure to do so may delay or impair our ability to perform the Services.

4. Our Obligations

We will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with Swiss law and professional standards. We will maintain confidentiality of all Client information.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are calculated on an hourly or flat-rate basis as agreed in the engagement letter. Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at 5% per annum.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for Client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the Services, please notify us in writing within 7 days of invoice delivery. Upon review, we may offer:

Partial refund based on the portion of Services not yet rendered.
Credit toward future Services up to the value paid.
Full refund in exceptional cases where no substantial work has been performed.

This refund policy applies only to Services not completed or delivered. Refund requests must include a detailed explanation. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the Client has consumed or benefited from the Services as documented in our records.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and methodologies provided by us remain our intellectual property. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for the Client’s internal purposes.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection laws. By engaging our Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your data for the purpose of providing legal support.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
